DBCC also charges

• An annual Materials fee of $100.00 payable twice yearly;
  $50.00 with September’s invoice and $50.00 with February’s invoice.
• An annual accident insurance fee of $5.00 payable in September or upon enrollment
• And fees for special activities as they occur.
